Spicy Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
Preparation 10 minutes
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown rice vinegar
6 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-inch piece fresh ginger
1 cup chunky peanut butter
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seed oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 to 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Serve immediately or chill. If chilled, allow to come to room temperature before serving.
