Raspberry and Cheese Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

4 ounces cream cheese
1/3 cup ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 can raspberry pie filling
4 Rhodes frozen orange rolls, unbaked


Directions

Mix cream cheese with ricotta cheese, sugar and vanilla until completely smooth. Set aside. Spray or grease a 9-inch pie plate. Place the orange rolls in the bottom of the pie plate. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to thaw. When the dough is thawed, flatten it with the bottom of a glass, working the dough into one crust. Spread cream cheese mixture over the top of the pizza. Next spread the raspberry pie filling over the cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
