Strawberry Sorbet

Ingredients
2 16-ounce package frozen strawberries in syrup
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Place strawberries and lemon juice in heavy-duty blender or food processor with metal blade; puree until smooth. Pour into shallow container; freeze until firm about 1 inch around edges. Put mixture back in blender and blend until smooth. Return to freezer in a deeper container; allow to set up again before serving. Makes about 4 servings.
Directions
Variations: For a creamy texture, add a ripe banana to the mixture when blending.
