Spicy Teriyaki Turkey Barbecue
Main Dishes > Barbecue >
Ingredients
2 1-pound turkey breasts
1 14-ounce bottle Ebara's Spicy Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce
Directions
Put the turkey breasts in a one-gallon zip-lock bag. Pour in marinade over the turkey, leaving about one-eighth of the sauce in the bottle for basting the turkey later. Massage the marinade into the turkey about five minutes. Marinate 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Light charcoal or preheat your gas grill. Take each turkey breast out and wrap in a sheet of tin foil. Place on the grill over hot coals. Turn every 12 minutes. Check temperature with a meat thermometer; when internal temperature of the breast reaches 160-165 degrees, remove from the foil and brown on the grill. While turkey is browning, baste with the reserved teriyaki sauce every two minutes. When turkey reaches 170-180 degrees, it's ready to serve.
