Wasabi Slaw
Author: Adapted from McCormick and Co.
Ingredients
Dressing:
1 tablespoon wasabi powder
1 tablespoon water
1 1/2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1 1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
Slaw:
1 cup sliced napa cabbage, about 1/4-inch thick
1 cup sliced bok choy, about 1/4-inch thick
1 cup sliced red bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced cucumber, skin on, cut into quarters lengthwise, and seeded
Directions
Combine wasabi and water. Let sit 10 minutes. Add other dressing ingredients. Combine slaw ingredients and add reserved dressing. Toss well.
