Ingredients

Directions
1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 cup cornstarch or arrowroot
2 tablespoons white flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups water
1/2 cup canola or olive oil
1 teaspoon wet mustard (Dijon style is nice)
Whisk all ingredients together in a medium saucepan and heat over a medium flame. Stir constantly until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
