Ingredients

1 cup plain yogurt
2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin


Directions

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Chill 2-4 hours to blend flavors. Serves 4-6.
