Ingredients
2/3 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup heavy cream
8 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
Directions
Bring corn syrup and cream to a boil in a heavy saucepan; remove from heat. Whisk in chocolate, stirring until smooth. Serve hot with assorted fruits, pound or angel food cake. Makes 1 1/2 cups sauce.
