Directions
Crust:
1 1/2 cups vanilla wafers, crushed
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/3 cup butter, melted
Filling:
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
3 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 can ( 14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
Combine crust ingredients and press into 9-inch springform pan.
For filling, melt chocolate over low heat; set aside. Beat cream cheese until fluffy, then add milk, chocolate, eggs and vanilla. Pour over crust. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour or until middle is firm.
