Ingredients
2 pounds ground elk
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
1/4 cup catsup
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion, chopped
1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans
1 can (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 cup water
Directions
Combine the first five ingredients into burger patties. Brown the patties slowly in skillet. Add the kidney beans with juice, mushroom soup and water. Simmer until done, about 15-20 minutes. Add grated cheese, melt and serve. Makes 6-8 servings.
