Pineapple Cooler

Ingredients

1 quart pineapple juice
2 cups apple juice
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 quart pineapple sherbet
Sprigs of fresh mint (for garnish)


Directions

Blend juices together. Chill in the freezer until ice crystals just start to form. Place 12 glasses in freezer to frost. When ready to serve, place scoops of pineapple sherbet in individual glasses and pour in the chilled juices. Garnish with sprigs of mint. Serve immediately. Makes 12 servings.
