Ingredients
10 large potatoes
2 medium onions
1 cup pickle relish
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Peel and cook potatoes. Finely dice onions. Combine all ingredients; adjust seasonings to taste. Makes 10 servings.
