Chicken Fruit Salad

Ingredients

3 ounces (1 cup) uncooked shell macaroni
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sliced celery
3/4 cup green grapes
1/2 cup mandarin orange segments, drained
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1/2 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/4 cup whipping cream, whipped


Directions

Cook macaroni to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except whipping cream. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours to blend flavors. Just before serving, fold in whipped cream. Makes 6 1-cup servings.
