Ingredients
4 cups broccoli florets
1 pound bacon, diced, cooked crisp and crumbled
1 onion, diced
2 cups smoked Cheddar cheese, cubed or grated
Directions
Dressing:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
Toss broccoli with onions, half the bacon and cheese.
Blend dressing ingredients together until smooth.
Combine dressing with broccoli mixture, blend and garnish with remaining bacon. Makes 8 servings. From Rep. Bill Goodling, R-Pa.
