The third movie is a slight improvement over the second,
but not much. The idea of having the Ninja Turtles and
April O'Neil "trade places in time" with a 16th century
ninja swordsman and his bodyguards is rather silly, I think
it would have been better for the writers to have made that
a time machine instead of a time sceptre. Oh well...
