I saw this film with some trepidation and turns out I was right. The plot was wafer thin and the cast barely made the grade. And for a comedy, the jokes were pretty lame. Also, you could see them advertised a mile away. The sequences in the church with the potshots at the Pope smack of desperation to raise a few laughs. About the funniest bit was the kids in the decidedly third world East European country and even that just managed a smile. Skip it!

i liked parts of this movie, so much, that i laughed my butt off ... but, all in all, the plot was thin, and there were some very very edgy parts to this movie .. i go watch just about every movie .. i've seen enuf to be mr. vice .. i guarantee it ... i went to this movie at noon the first day it was out, and then went to a movie with my wife the same night, and this is not uncommon for me .. the point is, movies entertain us ... me, in particular, but, when you go into the vatican, catch it on fire , and have the pope swearing ... man, i dont know ... i mean, i get it, but, i dont get it .. and i'm not even religous ... but, all in all, watchable , funny cast ... the brother and sister mackin and the brownie scenes had to be so hard to film for the actors .. not for their deep content, but, how do you not crack up .. the most disappointing thing was that the dude on the train didnt hook up with camera boy somewhere, some how ... just kidding .... out
