Reader comments: The Lake House

Wow. I really liked this movie. Not only are they great actors, but its a great story. A little Frequency-ish, but good nonetheless. I think the original review when he said the tree was laughable is wrong. It wasn't there to protect here from the rain, she had said she missed the trees by the lake house so he planted one for her!! Geez, if youre gonna be a movie critic, pay attention to the movie. Anyway, I was very happy with it and the ending because it wasn't run of the mill and it threw a curve ball or two in to enjoy. I highly recommend it.

Save your money. Too long. Too slow. Too hard to understand.

OK - so I liked the show. I'm a romantic and even though it had its unbelievable parts it was fun to watch and get lost in the romance story. Aren't ALL romance movies basically unbelievable anyway??? I really enjoyed the movie. Check it out for yourself!
