This is one of the best movies I have seen in a long time. The action is fun, and despite the torture scene this movie is amazing.

I like a great action movie, but the torture scene in this James Bond movie went way over the edge. It made me ill and almost to tears. I couldn't watch it and his screaming was horrific. It really soured me on future James Bonds.

Well, I was right. I just went and saw it and it was everything I hoped it would be. If you like action packed movies then you'll like this one. This Bond film is not so tame like the old school films. It's pretty much what you would expect from a modern action packed movie. More graphic and intense. If you're expecting witty puns or a lot of James Bond charm with the ladies then I'd suggest slapping in an old VHS like Moon Raker or Gold Finger.

I read several reviews of this film and thought I would enjoy it. I was dead wrong. This film has no James Bond moments. No gadgetry, no pithy comebacks and no class. James is a dope who relys on his brawn throughout the show. We get to see blood dripping from Jame's face and body several times because he is caught off guard constantly. The film feels like we're watching the adventures of a boxer not an ivy league spy. There is nothing to admire about our new James Bond and I'm not talking about the actor -- I'm talking about the character. After anticipating every James Bond movie for many years I'm done with the James Bond. You took my money and I got nothing in return. You'll have more fun watching History channel at home.

The content of this movie far exceeds a PG-13 rating. The torture/interrogation scene is one of the most depraved I have viewed. Where have we come as a society that we as audiences accept this fare from Hollywood? The review in the newspaper was very short and could have warned audiences about the torture/interrogation scene. This movie pushes the PG-13 rating like nothing I have ever seen. Goodbye Hollywood!
