Reader comments: Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer

MARKUS | Jun. 27, 2007
Simple uncomplicated entertainment is what you can expect from Fantastic Four. The graphics are absolutely wonderful but the dialog is very juvenile and quite vague at times. Many of the intended jokes are not funny at all but the quality of the action sequences more than make up for poor writing. This is one of those sit back and enjoy the fun, entertaining, mindless action scenes kind of movies. I had a good time because I'd heard it wasn't much of a figure it out kind of show. Much of the intended humor would make a younger crowd happy. It's not nearly as witty as Spiderman or the newest Batman, but it's fun and worth the price of a ticket.
