Reader comments: Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers

Halloween 6 was one of the better in the Halloween series. You've got to take this movie at face value to really enjoy it. It has a lot of scares, a really mad Michael Myers and great acting all around. It adds some fun to the series and gives you a behind the look at Michael's rage.

Okay...This movie totally sucked. I mean, I love the Halloween series and Michael Myers but come on now, this was just out of control. That whole Thorn/Cult crap made absolutely no sense. It was a stupid idea anyway. Michael Myers was just a sick kid when he murdered his sister. No explanation is needed. The music sucked, the acting sucked, and the killings were pathetic. I hide my face in shame to even think that I wasted money on this crap.

It was one of the most boring, worthless horror flicks I've ever seen.I hated it.

I think Halloween: the curse of michael myers was the best out of the series so far the acting was great and i hope to see tommy doyle and kara strode in upcoming sequels.

I'm sorry, but the theatrical version of this movie is the pits. The mask AND the actor who plays Michael(George Wilbur)are both awful. This movie does very little to make sense of the whole Thorn theory. I have seen the Producer's Cut of this movie and while a little better, it, too, is no winner. The ending of the PC makes more sense.

IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST OF THE SERIES AND HAD SOME AWESOME SCENES. IT ALSO MARKS DONALD PLEASENCE'S LAST FILM APPEARENCE. A GOOD HORROR FILM THAT MUST BE SCENE.
