I have found the movie extremely exiting, motivating, funny, insightfull......(words are falling short). Walter Mathau does brings our revered Dr. Albert live in front of us. Meg Ryan looks stunning. Casting is perfect. INCREDIBLE MOVIE!!!!!

A wonderful romantic comedy whose witty script is bolstered by the late Jerry Goldsmith's veriations on "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star." The entire cast is superb, with Walter Mathau stealing the show as Albert Einstein, who tries to match his engaged niece (Meg Ryan) to an intelligent auto mechanic (Tim Robbins). Why can't all romantic comedies by this fun?

This movie may not be the deepest thing around, but its depth is more subtle. If you listen to the undertones and the quiet wisdom in some of the smaller things, you'll see what a gem this movie is. It's fun in a neat way, from the frizzy haired Einstein to his goofy cronies, and from the funny way they put comedy with some neat scientific concepts. You have to enjoy getting to know Ed, the lovable but non-genius mechanic (He's not a heartthrob, but he's a real-type guy. :), and the object of his affections, Catherine Boyd, the scatter-brained, charming mathematician. You want to struggle with her and help her when she's going through all her conflicts. In short, I.Q. is definitely worth watching again and again.
