This movie was incredible! I don't think I've ever seen more violence juxtaposed with such beautiful, otherworldly scenes. In fact, I don't think I've ever seen more violence, period. A lot of small-minded types will be put off by the fact that this is a foreign film. The rest of us know what a treat this film is, both by action and purely cinematic standards.

The killer is one of the best film i ever saw. the violence is for me the means to express the caracter's determinations: it's pure action but pure mind too. You feel that the killer is struggling against his destiny, you feel that the end wil not be a happy ending, but still the killer keep fighting. The quality of the pictures, of the music. The first minutes are the most beautiful for me : it's almost a silent movie ! I highly recommend it.
