I suggest that all of you take a hard look at the role of Frank Suitter in this whole controvery. The Talented (and shadowy) Mr. Suitter has been on retainer by the anti-Goshute cabal, lobbying both Utah Senators, for years now.

your wording is confusing ... "shadowy," he is an upstanding member of this community and has followed his good character to better this state.
