I have really enjoyed following the events and am amazed that you have not received many comments.
Is this information in a book (or more likely in volumes)?

I find the faith, determination and fortitude of these early pionees inspiring - giving encouragement to face the smaller and larger challenges of our time. I was inspired to learn more about my ancestors and church history after listening to President Hinckley speak in 1992 to a group of nearly 2000 of us on Rocky Ridge. I have leaned more about my pioneer heritage from my father and a number of other resouces. My great great grandfather, John Linford was among those who died at the 6th Crossing in the Willie Handcart Company. I have an interest to learn more about this. Larry Linford.
