I have had a similar experience with Ivory. Last winter they were supposed to fix a problem that we've had since we moved in, but they said the weather was too cold for them to fix that particular type of issue. I've sent letter after letter, email after email, have made dozens of phone calls--all to no avail. Now the summer has come and gone, cold weather is on the way again and Ivory will have another season of excuses to avoid us. It's very frustrating.

Same story with my place. You'd think with a big builder that they would take care of their clients/customers. My driveway and walkway are litterally falling apart after only 6 months of ownership and they're saying it's not covered in the builder's warranty - if that's not, what is?! Suggestions anyone???
