What does Ralph have in his blueprints for the Westside of SLC (the left-out part of SLC) Apparently nothing he is to caught up with Dog Parks, bicycle paths, and schmoozing the Eastside Yuppies and big business developers who want special priveleges and favors if he gets in as Mayor. He didn't do a good job in the legislature and passed the buck on issues to other legislatures because he was a Democrat--probably because he didn't want to do all the work. Blueprint man is not for me. Jay
