Greenpeace has no creditability in these regards. they cry wolf all the time. If they had had their way the great mid-west grassland would have never become the breadbasket of the world. All countries go through these changes from land that is unproductive to productive land. If the free market is allowed to work then the land becomes productive and environmentally sound. It doesn't happen overnight and I don't believe that someone living in a condo in Aspen or NYC has the right to make decisions for other countries.
