Who do these people think they are? And what right do they actually have to try and decide what is politically correct FOR A MEMORIAL? Men and women died! They apparently missed what those crosses stood for, most likely because their small minds couldn't process something so profound as giving ones life for the love and protection of another...oh wait, their Atheists...no wonder they don't get it!

Whats demeaning is the lawyer's preposterous claim that the judge's ruling would be demean the cross and its symbolism to true Christians. Does he really believe that Christians are so stupid as to believe that he really cares what they may think. He could have dealt with his angst in advance by allowing common sense and decency to prevail and seek justice elsewhere where it is really needed. With this outrageous claim he becomes like the kid who killed his parents and then threw himself on the mercy of the court as an orphan. Perhaps some organization can arrange to commemorate the places where lawyers die along the highway with appropriate markers -- maybe a large heap of cow pies.
