The Utah Athlete Foundation should pick up the cost of operating the oval, that was and will always be the intent of the surplus left from the Olympics.

It was always to pay for the Venues that would not be able to survive without that money.

Buck up Sport Foundation!

Get out your wallet Utah Sport Foundation, supporting the oval, ski jumps and bob run is why you are in existance.

Do not use the money you have for anything else.

Step up to the plate and do your job, Sport Foundation. Give the Kearns communtiy what it needs to support the oval.

They were there when the olympics needed an oval site and presented the best options had the time.

You should be there for them now.

What, do not tell me the Olympic Legacy is not going to support the olympic legacy facilities?

This should not be a problem for Kearns but for the Sport Foundation, support our young kids and insure they will have the opportunity to have access to the ice oval, what else are you there for?

This was never to be a burden for Kearns, buck up!

This definitely needs attention. The Oval is full of elite and upcoming star athletes. Utah needs this facility and the Sports Foundation needs to step up! The Olympics were such a boon for Utah and especially Kearns, where those same dreams are alive in the youth and those athletes who relocated to train there. It is one of if not the best facility, I believe, out there in the country. Yes like another poster commented, the Short Track Nationals is this weekend so let's get out there and support them and the Oval. :)
