Utah's hot economy will see cooling this year, but it's not going to be because of Healthcare. Utah will see cooling because of the slowing in housing. Moody's economic forecast has the probability of recession in Utah at over 70% for 2008.
Healthcare could use some reform, but with the lowest per capita expense in the country for healthcare already in Utah - it's not what will be behind a slowing Utah economy this year.
