I did not have to read the article to know who did not vote for the permit program.

I love that comment. "It doesn't say you have the right to park anywhere in the constitution." It also doesn't say you have the right to be a parking nazi and freak out cause there cars on the road!! No way!! Come on.

Kurt is right. Local municipalities can restrict or eliminate parking on any street as needed. Let's see how this works, and if there are problems then we should go back to the Council to ask for changes.

Yes, parking is a problem, but city council is not doing a good job at listening to the needs of the residents. I may not be a long term, permanent resident of Provo, but I am registered to vote in Provo city. I am a resident. But I feel like I am a second class citizen in Provo because I am a student. That is not right.
