Hmm,increased stresses on the host countries,rising communicable diseases,yet little effect on poverty in the county to which remittances are sent. So,what is the positive side of this other than to line the pockets of employers,increase tax revenues to the government (if the employer is scrupulous enough to withhold AND send them in) who will employ these people and depress the wage scale?
It seems to me that those in a position to exploit these people do so while simultaneously and deliberately side stepping the burdens they impose on society at large.

So if there are "Migration Rights" then the "Right of Conquest" is a right also and nations have a right to defend them selves on both issues. When we talk of a "Complex Issue," we generally mean that we don't have the will to do the right thing.
