What a lovely idea! We need more enterprising people like Gina in our neighborhoods. She makes "bloom where you're planted" take on a new meaning! Thanks for sharing this story with us -- it brightened my morning!

What a great community project. I hope other parts of the city would do similar projects. There are many blighted, neglected properties in our valley which need some good positive attention. It really dosen't hurt for neighbors in neighborhoods to mingle in this way.
