Don't know what in the line, but if the deal is a good one, it will be a major step forward. It will take a big weight off the new school boards and then they can focus solely on how best to provide education services to their students.

I wish they would settle this fast because as we speak JSD board is spending our money and its going to the wrong side. Everything current should be frozen until this is hammered out.
