Wow! Great kids.

With youth espousing attitudes and ideals of these two young minds, we’re surely destined to return to the lofty principles of yesteryear. May there be many more like them.

Particularly I liked:

Amy’s comment, “I have learned how to set and achieve goals, budget money, provide better care for the children I watch and become a responsible parent to my own children in the future.”
She helps us believe that children of the future will continue to be guided into paths of personal responsibility and creative contribution to themselves and their larger society.

Wayman’s comments, “Science is one of the few fields that never stops changing. Hypothesis and theory are never accepted as fact because, as our ability to observe gets better and better, our preconceived notions are challenged repeatedly. It is this constant evolution and the need to question every presumed idea that makes science a living and breathing field.”
He encourages us to believe that, with the coming generation of open minded scientists, we can hope that the current politicization of “science” will be done away with, and free rein will be given to explore all possibilities outside of those politically correct at the moment.
