Has to be the bottleneck in Pleasant Grove, going from three lanes northbound and two lanes southbound to one lane each direction for the train underpass. Fix that and it'll fix a lot of the immediate problem.

Darn. When I saw the headline I thought they were going to do something about how UGLY State Street is. We can only dream, I guess.

Widening the area where the Pleasant Grove railroad bridge is located is already in the works. Construction starts this year I think.
