haven't the Revs lost 3 straight MLS cups now? 1 to LA and 2 to Houston?

I don't expect KC to do that well. They won't be able to replace Eddie Johnson's output, even with Claudio Lopez. The guy is older than dirt (33) and will be easily marked out of the game since he's really their only option and has no speed at his age. If he stays healthy KC will fight for a playoff spot. If he's injured (a distinct possibility), they will fight it out with Columbus for 2nd-worst in the East. Their defense (mainly Jimmy Conrad) will keep them in games, but at some point you have to score and I don't think they can.

Nope, the Widdle Wev's took 2005 off to bow out before losing in the final game. 2004, 2006 and 2007 are all First Place Loser seasons for them.

The Fire's got more depth up top than you are making it out. Proven goal scorers Franek and Herron, promising draft Nyarko, and off the bench speedy young Carr.
We're kinda glad that the Fire are gettin slept on at this stage in the season though. We''l see how they fare against the new look RSL and then see how their stock trades. Cheers.

I don't think KC will be that good. Definitely not better than the Red Bulls. I think they will struggle a bit. Other than that, I think the East is DC's to lose.
