Hillary is related to Billybob and hey what is a small lie? Sad that she can't wait to get into office to tell her fibs. I voted for Billybob but he had his turn and yes as a World leader he was there but not anymore. Self serving and greed is their cause now. No more Clintons or Bushes/McCain we need fresh clean blood

Hillary must have got to close to Al Gore.

But it wasn't just twice. Fox News showed on video just yesterday that she told the story on four different occasions from last December until just the other day.

Hillary has as much experience fighting in Vietnam as Bush and Cheney and Rove combined. She will be a great president!
I don't think so | 8:40 a.m. March 27, 2008
Christoph, I don't think she will make a great president.......and neither does the rest of your party according to all the polls. She can't be a great president if she can't even win her party's nomination.
The only question here is, will you be voting for Obama or McCain?

And to think there are people out there in the world still dumb enough to even consider putting her into office. She is as corrupt if not more than her husband, wake up DEMS!

Christoph brings up a good point.
Hillary lied about being shot at in Bosnia.
Bush/Cheney/Rove have lied for eight straight years and at least Hillary has actually BEEN to a war zone.
Instead, out current war-loving leaders ran and hid when it was their turn to fight.

What I like about this whole 'sniper' thing is the treatment the Clinton's are getting in the media. I think it started with Billybob thrashing Obama and blacks in general with his snippy remarks about Obama winning South Carolina. Somewhere in there the media got wind that Billybob and Hillbilly are just two bumpkin racist from Arkansas. And for the first time in their political lives the media is actually not treating them with kid gloves. They are being subjected to the same harsh scrutiny that everyone gets. No whitewashing, no sugar coating or news-media-blackouts.
What next? Hillbilly goes public with a new 'vast right wing conspiracy' over her new found status of non-protected leftist? haha
2008 is shaping up to be a great year!

She should have gone with her husbands ol'defense. "It depends on what the meaning of the word "bullet" is."

Hillary wouldn't know the truth if it kicked her in the backside. Obama wouldn't know a liar from the most honest person on the face of the planet.

Last night Hilly was asked how she would deal with the economy, and her answer was, that we did well in the 90's, so we can just do that again.
Too bad all the success of the 90's was the internet boom. I wonder what Al can invent next that will let hilly coast through 8 years of economic propsperity?

Give Hillary some slack. It all depends on what the meaning of "under sniper fire" is. Surely *somewhere* in Bosnia, somebody was firing a gun while Hillary was in the country.

Enest Bass, can I remind you where Mr. "I didnt inhale" went during the VN war? Canada was kind to the old Billy draft dodger.
Also when Billy got caught literally with his pants down he bombed an Aspirin factory in the Sudan to take the pressure off of him. At least Bush had more of a stance to go to war besides trying to cover his own selfish backend when caught in an affair.
We are just seeing the Clinton political machine FINALLY being called out on their thuggery, lies, and deception and now they dont like it when the tables are turned and people finally say enough of the CLinton garbage.

LIAR, LIAR, LIAR!!!! The Clintons couldn't tell the truth even if it sounded better! Time to END the Bush/Clinton era!!! We do NOT need another congenital/habitual liar in the white house!

In the Clinton's rationalizing and constantly compromizing mind... It's not a lie until you get caught. She got caught. Time to move on.
This will be a good test to see if she has the same teflon coating Bill seemed to have. It used to always amaze me the mistakes he could make and then get away with. Every time he would make a big mistake I would think, "This is it, with the revelation of this information, the people are going to turn on him now". But I was always amazed how quick it would all blow over and it was like it never happend or even though they acknowledge it happened, they don't care.
Bill could do anything he wanted and get away with it. It will be interesting to see if Hillary has that same amazing quality.

Thank you, Common Sense. Well said. Now the only problem is that we are left to choose between Obama and McCain. Another 'lesser of two evils' election again, I guess!
Help me out here, which one is the lesser? I think I'll be writing in George Washington, or some innocent 8 year old. Right now I'm just delighted that Democracy has offered us a choice!

MEB: You Tube, South Park Election episode. This will give you some insight to what we are facing. The crap sandwich or the feminine hygiene product?
Leave it to ET Bass | 2:12 p.m. March 27, 2008
Leave it to Ernest T. Bass and friends to turn this thread about Hillary's lie into a rant on Republicans. He may not be open minded but at least he's consistent.

Just watched it, Common Sense. LOL. It seems that the past 5 elections, that's all we've been offered.
300 Million people, and this is it? I guess the really smart ones stay as far away from this circus as possible.

It's a great world we live in. The true liers are caught and exposed within minutes via the internet. Wouldn't it be great if we could actually find a politician to run for the highest office who past didn't reflect hypocrisy. Whose real true desire was to lead an honest, moral life, and serve the people of the greatest nation on earth. It would also be interesting to find someone who truly wanted to solve the huge problems we are facing as a nation at this time instead of just feeding their own egos and their political party agendas. I guess eveyone ought to have a dream!

Dan Memmott, you ROCK!
Who would want to be President? | 4:22 p.m. March 27, 2008
Too MEB 3:12...
I haven't watched the South Park episode but I agree that for the past several elections I haven't had anyone I was excited to vote for. I still vote, but it's more a choice of which is less bad than the other.
I've been thinking a lot lately about WHY anyone would want to be President of the United States. To me, it's a sure way to get at least 50% of the American population to hate you. Can you think of a President that has left office with a higher than 50% approval rating in the past 30 years? Seems like they may have a few years when America is happy but we eventually find something to hate and kick them around in the media for. It seems they all leave office in disgrace for some unpardonable sin. Nixon (watergate), Ford (Pardoned Nixon), Carter (Iran hostage debacle), Regan (Iran Contra affair), GWB (No new taxes), Clinton (Monica Lewinski and pugery), Bush (mistakes in Iraq war). It seems no matter who you are you are eventually going to make a mistake and your enemies will ride you into the grave with it.
Wana be President?

And? | 5:17 p.m. March 27, 2008
This reminds me of laughing when I heard Mitt talking about his father marching with Martin Luther King. Politicians don't let facts ruin a good story. This is like conservatives only recall liberal lies.
MadMax | 9:03 p.m. March 27, 2008
It is interesting that many try to change the subject of Hillary lying by accusing another politician of some indescertion. Why not? It has worked for the Clintons so well in the past. Face it, if the Clintons (Yes, we'd get both of them.) are elected we will be in big trouble.
