I like your last suggestion -- it's a suggestion that I've had for a long time.
More specifically, the suggestion is for all city council meetings to be streamed online via one of the two iProvo websites.
It would be a public relations win for the city because they could how fast and how awesome iProvo is by streaming and archiving the videos online of all city council meetings.
There's probably at least a few council members reading this -- how 'bout it?! :)
Not wanting to overshadow the whole point of your article, thanks for applying GRAMA.
That brings up a related note -- as far as I know we can use GRAMA to request zoning violation records.
It would be interesting for a reporter to research the number and type and other details on all the zoning violations in the city. I hope somebody has the time to do it one day soon, hopefully this year.
