It starting to look like the STATE of UTAH does not care about the homeless and the disabled. Are
ELECTED OFFICIALS should and think they could be in the same situation some day. All it takes is a accident or a illness they loose everything.

Well we have to find the money to provide welfare to the illegals somewhere.
