This was a great meet with the kids performing well. Some of the distance times were incredible! The sprint times suffered a bit, I believe in part due to the fact that they were held in set until everyone was motionless. Some heats were held in set for 7 seconds. I felt the kids in the hurdles, 100, and 200 lost an edge in their starts. It seemed to get better as afternoon came. BYU holds an outstanding invitational and all in all it was a great meet. Congratulations to all the competitors.

Sounds like everyone did a great job! Congratulations! It's about time Gordon Garrett from Grand gets some attention. He's been dominating sprints all around the state this whole year. Good job! I can't wait until state to see what that kid can do!
