Sounds to me like these two tried playing big city hardball with the DAs office and lost. This article only serves to re-enforce my opinion there was something unwarranted about all the attention Lohra Miller has received about her family life.

Morgan has no integrity. Shane Johnson does. He's a good, ethical person who was probobaly just hired to do a job. To do anything less than what he was hired to do, wouldn't have been right.

Who cares?

This whole thing smacks of dirty politics. Lohra Miller has been attacked since before she took officer. It is inconceivable that Mr. Morgan limited his association with Mr. Maese so conveniently. I think there's so much more to this and it probably involves other officials. I'm glad Mr. Morgan did not get to run for the DA's Office. I wouldn't want someone who takes advice from alledged pimps and witness tamperers to be heading up that office. If nothing else, it shows he has a lack of discernment. That the same private investigator that stalked Ms Miller and her family is also closely involved with Mr. Maese and Mr. Morgan is just too coincidental. I'm wondering, now, if either Mr. Morgan hired the investigator or had his sleazy friend do it for him.
Good on you, Lohra Miller.
Good on you, Lohra Miller.
Funny... | 9:08 a.m. May 3, 2008
Miller's office leaks things to the press all the time. How come this guy is the only guy that gets fired?

Why would a private investigator have a criminal for a client? Did Todd not ask his client what the motive of the investigations was? If he knew about it, that's unethical. If he didn't, he's incompetent...
Huh? | 10:06 a.m. May 3, 2008
This is the most confusing article that I've read in a long time.
What? | 12:41 p.m. May 3, 2008
None of this changes the fact that the District Attorney lied to the press, lied to the public, and lied to the police during the course of an official investigation. She is a liar, and nothing said in this article changes that fact. So who cares how we found out she was a liar, now we know that she is, what is to be done with her?
What? Sounds like PI Gabler! | 2:59 p.m. May 3, 2008
It seems to me that the PI, hired by Maese and Morgan is the only people saying Lohra Miller lied. I have heard nothing of any lie. So now we take the word of a pimp and his flacky? I'll tell you what I am going to do with her, I am going to support her. If she stands up to these criminals and continues to do the right thing that's all I care about.

Kent Morgan is an LDS bishop. What this article doesn't tell you is that Kent was counseling Maese to drop his prostitution business and return to the LDS church. That's why they talked so much. Kent is an honest man. Miller, on the other hand, is liar who has betrayed most of the prosecutors at the DA' office to cover up her own incompetence.

The Millers do not understand the meaning of helping anybody. Just ask their neighbors who wanted a better quality of life. They were threaten and called liars. It takes someone you cares to help others.
LRT | 5:22 p.m. May 3, 2008
If the Millers son seeks counseling for his drinking and drug problem (his myspace page bio). They would witness what Kent Morgan was trying to do. This is a slap in the face to anyone who has tried to help someone with a serious issue.

To bad a suspected criminal has to hire a P.I. to prove our S.L. County D.A. Lohra Miller is doing criminal acts (unlicensed law office, etc.). What a joke. When she was caught running the unlicensed law office her excuse was that she didn't know she needed one. WHAT! You have prosecuted people for the same offense. Did your parents ever teach you how to say I'm sorry or did they teach you deny, deny, deny, then when caught cry, cry, cry.
Connect-the-dots | 10:57 p.m. May 3, 2008
It is impossible for anyone outside the DAs office to accurately judge DA Miller's intentions or honesty. Her record at prosecuting criminals (i.e. domestic violence, DUI) whose cases would have been routinely dismissed by the previous administration speaks for itself. Family issues do not reduce her efficacy on the job. A thug she was prosecuting (Maese) was being provided with confidential information by someone who worked for her (Morgan). He was appropriately terminated for doing so. What makes this story significant, and interesting for that matter, is that the thug hired A PI (Johnson) to vindictively malign Miller -and that has now been appropriately exposed to the public.

Hmmmm wonder if someone should hire a PI to trail the PI??????

what is up with this why cant I leave a comment

There is no free speech here. The Miller's can call others liars. When the public found out the truth we can not express our outrage.

Even if Lohra Miller is a liar and a horrible DA, that has nothing to do with this. The facts are, Morgan leaked info to Maese and was fired for doing it. Maese is a up on 6 felonies, 6! And now he hired someone to try to single handedly take down Russo and Miller? The 2 people involved in bringing these charges against him? Sounds like a man who will do anything to stop what is bound to end in several years in prison.
