Jazzfan4ever......you are blind in one eye and cannot see out of the other. You are wrong about Kobe and you know it. If you could read you would see that everyone knows that Kobe is the MVP and if he continues to play with the high level of energy vs. the Jazz "grab and hold" defense, he will be the MVP of the playoffs as well.

kobe is just a media mvp not a real mvp he wines and cries if he doesnt get what he wants or all the attention if he was in a small market and never on tv he would put forth half the effort

Jazz fans wake up! your memories seem to fail you, malone got all the calls, he whinned if calls didn't go his way, so if you complain about superstar treatment just remember back when whine and dine (malone and stockton) where here.

So what?
The real question is waht are the jazz doing to win championships? NOthing!
They just get a few good player together with the same old coach and keep wishin and hopin it will happen.
You got to get the best players and make it happen.
Why do think certain keep winning championships?
They know what you got to do to make it happen.

Jazzboy your comments are ridiculous, using your logic Kobe would have come from obscurity and only played once the lights shone on him. The fact is that he was a 4 year starter in HS, he is the PA record holder for pts in a HS career, 500+ more than Wilt,and was awarded almost every prestigous award a pre-college player could receive. Your comment is illogical and reeks of hatred for a great player.

Everyone whines. The bona fide stars whine more than anyone. The Faker Fan above made an excellent point. Malone was a star and got the appropriate treatment. He also whined a lot.
If D-Will ever becomes a star (more and more UNLIKELY after each pathetic game he puts forth in these playoffs), he'll be getting similar treatment that Kobe gets now.
