Another person advocating for the consumer instead of the monopoly? I'm sure her days are numbered, ala Roger Ball. The Guv should be replacing her with a former Questar lobbyist soon. After all, Questar has to pay for a few lawsuits from the homes they recently blew up. Good luck Michelle.

It seems the real story here is why is there always such an incongruency between what a utility company requests and what the state's consumer advocacy group figures rates should be?

No consumer ever wants prices to go up. No one wants taxes to go up.

If gasoline companies were regulated you'd be sure the price at the pump wouldn't be increasing everyday.
