They forgot to ask the most important question: What does it taste like?

To be funny, I'd like to say it would taste something like chicken... maybe like a spotted owl or a bald eagle.

Being a small rodent size I'd bet it tastes more like muskrat, rat, or beaver. It all depends on how it is cooked.
