Yea! Rachel and Dave. It's great to read a story about people I consider heroes - those who show up, contemplate their lives, then actively pursue being the best they can be. The most any of us can contribute to this life is being our best selves. Only we have the gifts to make it happen. What a joy to associate with those who with enthusiasm bring to the table all that they are. Brava! Bravo!

I am amazed at the transformation Rachel has been able to accomplish. Is it really possible to get that healthy and in shape without resorting to surgery and other nips and tucks? It seems you are saying that it is while the big buck appearance industry seems to be insisting that you have to have help from lasers, injections and scalpels. It is great if this is really achievable through sensible diet and adequate exercise.
