Jerry, just once give them their way and let them go through a whole game using isolation plays so they'll learn it and never return to it. Here's the lesson: Kobe's not on our team, neither is LeBron, and if anyone thinks they can imitate those two guys going one on one just let them have at it for a whole game and let them learn the result the hard way. I honestly don't know how Sloan has put up with this all these years -- he's paddling his little canoe filled with old-fashioned team basketball upstream against an ever-increasing current in the "I-ME" era. I love the guy for trying, but he's fighting a losing battle.

Here's the game plan: loose zone, double Kobe and Gasol at the catch, 5th man on Fisher and hope the other two guys don't remember what to do when they get the ball. Go Jerry!

The only edge the Jazz have on Kobe is how many young legs they can put in front of him. Use Miles and Price more. Run right at Kobe and make him work on offense and defense. Play everyone else solid. Don't play Korver much because he can't guard anyone and he has trouble getting a good shot off in a playoff game.
