Let's see how high postage rates can go by not sending our bills through the mail. If we quit using our postal system as much as possible and send our packages through UPS and FedEx, the USPS will finally have to charge the full rate to junk mail peddlers who are currently subsidized by the rest of us who spend 42 cents to mail a little 1 ounce letter.
