If I only hadn't been using those recreational mind altering substances around conception maybe things would have turned out better for Jr.

The whistle had clearly blown ... The play was dead. That should be a two-game suspension at least.

What a play! It's so nice to see Price get so high. I don't know why the announcers were so surprised he can get that high-he's been int he league three years now!

Phil Jackson can say the most moronic things. I listened to his post game show, remembering some the snide comments he'd sneak in after a Bulls loss to the Jazz in the finals. I was impressed most of the way through but then he throws in this "the kid was out of control" comment. Are you kidding me Phil? He was no more out of control than Kobe is when he goes to the basket. The guy absolutely deserved to be booted from the game. He may regret it, he may not picture himself as "that kind of guy," but in the heat of a tense game he let himself throw way to much force on a guy a heck of a lot smaller and he suffered the consequence as a result. To his credit, he immediately turned away from Ronnie who bounced up off the floor like he hit a spring, but when a guy is in the air, there's a right way to throw a hard foul, and a wrong way.
Ronnie, whether the Jazz win another game or not, that block will live in Jazz playoff lore for the ages.

Atta Boy Ronnie P! Way to represent Utah Valley State! That block was sick!
And the dude that gave the hard foul.. No suspension will come. If he would have grabbed him by his arms and threw him down I could see a suspension.
Go Jazz! Take it in 7!

What is Phil Jackson's deal? He has no respect for anyone who is not Kobe Bryant or Michael Jordan. He never gives credit to the other team for playing better, and then he blames all but Kobe for the loss. It's a shame a coach like that has had so much success, while Jerry has no ring or COY awards to show for his hard work.

You would not get that block if Hart or Dee were in the game.

I love how Ronnie went down, and quickly got up, he's one tough guy!
After the incident, I thought I saw Harpring running toward Turiaf to confront him, but during replay, Harpring did run,
but he ran to the refs asking for Flagrant 2.
Nobody confronted Turiaf! Smart play, but I was hoping someone got in Turiaf's face!

I wouldn't be surprised if Turiaf doesn't get any suspension.NBA wants to see Lakers - Celtics in the final.
Go Jazz!

Boozer's too soft. ronnie price needs to have a harder head so the jazz don't run out of stitches
Amazing happens | 12:22 p.m. May 13, 2008
Ronnie's hustle and block against Walton was one of those "where amazing happens" moments! I could watch the replay of that 100 times! Ronnie is no longer just a place holder for D Will, he's a serious contributor! Hats off to the whole bench in the play offs!
Since Price needed 5 stitches after the foul, clearly Turiaf got way out of control, whether intentional or not and needs to learn the consequences. Lakers have too much control on NBA turf to be hit with a suspension in the playoffs. If it was a Jazz player, would the NBA be as forgiving?
On to LA, Jazz are on a roll! A whipping of Lakers on their home court would be where amazing REALLY happens! Rock on Jazz!
