Mistake w/ the LDS Church | 10:44 a.m. May 14, 2008
"The church has somehow recognized its mistakes," he said. "Maybe it could have done it better, but now it's time to heal those wounds and this can be done through calm dialogue and collaboration."
Hopefully the leaders of the Catholic Church will come to the same conclusion about the mistake they have recently made of deciding to cut off access to parish records by members of the LDS church.

Why do you Mormons continue to reveal your ignorance of the Catholic Church and its doctrines? Why do you continue to distort and twist and misrepresent the teachings and beliefs of Catholics? Your (mis)understanding of Catholicism is so obsolete and outdated it is amazing! It would be the equivalent of attacking the Mormon Church for practicing polygamy! Unless you get an updated understanding of Catholicism, you really should refrain from making erroneous, bigoted, and ignorant comments.

It because they are an extremely bigoted group here in Utah. Outside of Utah they are the nicest people to get to know. Here they love you to your face and hate you behind your back....

Unfortunately the Catholic Church in its official capacity DOES like to put limits on God's creative freedom. No place for His creative freedom to have continuing revelation, modern prophets or more scripture than the Bible. No creative freedom to offer redemption to those who have already died, or to offer it to babies and little children.
Hopefully, the leaders of the Catholic Church will come to see God really does have this creative freedom, as much for their own benefit as those of the rest of mankind, on this planet and elsewhere.
